We're open!

We have limited hours - please call the office (845-368-3455) to schedule an appointment.

We will be following the following protocols to ensure the safety of our staff and clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. PLEASE NOTE: For the protection of my staff, you MUST have a mask on when you come to our door. No exceptions.

Only hospital personnel will be permitted inside our hospital. Once you have made an appointment:
1. Clients should call the office when they arrive. Please remain in your car.
2. When instructed to do so, clients should bring their pet to the door, and a member of our staff will bring your pet into the hospital. Clients will not be permitted to enter the hospital.
3. The staff will get a history and the doctor will perform the exam while the client is on the phone. Any treatments will be discussed with the client before they are performed.
4. Pets will be treated and discharged while the client is on the phone; any medication will be given to the client when the pet is returned to you.
5. Clients must provide credit card details over the phone for any necessary payments.

We look forward to a return to normalcy, and hope that you understand that we are implementing these procedures to protect our staff as well as you, our clients, and keep everyone and their families safe.

Thank you,
Lawrence Ness D.V.M.
